Terms of return - we only accept returns within the first 30 days, only if the product is unfortunately faulty or wrong product sent accidentally. No returns will be processed if a change of mind is the reason, or the product has been opened and used. Please contact us immediately if any order has arrived and is found to be faulty. But if the parcel has arrived damaged due to postage, you will have to lodge a claim with Australia Post with all details and description of damage. We will help in any way with your claims.
Refund procedure - we will ask to have the faulty product returned so that it can be checked for quality control. Postage costs will be covered by us, and we ask for receipts to be kept and sent a copy to us for our tax records. You will have a choice for full refund or a replacement product sent to you.
We will pay you the same method you paid the original order, or this can be negotiable. No Afterpay refund is allowed if it is a partial refund.
